It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and is not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign. The sample images with our dials are the only items manufactured by us.
Brand logos are generally not printed.

🛠️✨ Production details

This item is a high-quality, self-adhesive sticker.
The sticker is applied directly onto the existing original tachometer bezel.
Our stickers are material-strong and completely opaque, allowing for clean and precise application.
Production is carried out using the original tachometer bezel, ensuring a very high level of accuracy and fit.

📌 Installation recommendation:
Fill a spray bottle with approx. 0.5 liters of water and add just one drop of dishwashing liquid.
Lightly moisten the back of the sticker with the water–detergent mixture.
Do not spray onto or into the tachometer, as moisture may damage the instrument.
Position the sticker at two points and then use a soft cloth to evenly push the water out to the sides.
Finally, it is recommended to dry the sticker using a hair dryer on a low, lukewarm setting.

🧩🔧 Installation notes

As we only have access to removed tachometer bezels and not the complete instrument, we provide no installation instructions.
For replacement, certain parts may need to be disassembled; this work should be carried out by a qualified professional workshop.
Please note that we are a pure printing and manufacturing company and focus exclusively on the printing and production of dials.
Removal, modification or technical conversion of the instrument is not possible with us. We accept no liability for installation errors, damage or malfunctions.

🎨 Custom designs & returns

Our products are not stock items. Each dial is manufactured individually according to the selected options. Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales or colors) are made at the customer’s own risk.
We assume that the instrument has been technically prepared correctly. We accept no liability for insufficient or missing functionality.
For colored lighting, we recommend original color tones or neutral white lighting for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer disc is not shown, we need the templates.
We need all original discs (speedometer temp tank, etc.) as a template.
!!!!!!! Danger !!!!!! Only the discs do not send the whole speedometer !!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is MPH speedometer, we will rescale them to Kmh and you will get the new discs in Kmh.
The easiest way is to send us the slices by mail.

Scan your disk / s, using Adobe Photoshop or the free program i_view32
When removing the discs, see if the speedometer,
has extra strips with symbols or heating discs that should be scanned with the same,
Should your speedometer disc be too big for your scanner,
then scan the disc once from the left and once from the right.
We build the disk on the computer, together again.
Please scan everything at 300 DPI and then save as JEPG (Save as PSD with Photoshop).
In the settings do not change anything (i_view32). That's necessary so we get the original size.
For other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
