⚠️ Display Information

As there are many different scale variations, the displayed original gauge face is provided solely for orientation during the ordering process and is not part of the offer. It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and is not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign. The example images showing our gauge faces are the only items manufactured by us. Manufacturer logos are never printed.

🛠️✨ Production Details

Our approximately 0.6 mm flat gauge faces are made — similar to many original parts — from UV- and heat-resistant polycarbonate. The multi-layer direct printing process ensures precise and durable scales. The faces are not fully opaque, just like the original; only numbers and scales illuminate, while symbols become visible only when the lighting is active. The gauge faces are ready for installation and replace the original faces without adhesive.

🧩🔧 Installation Notes

Since we only receive removed gauge faces and not the complete instrument cluster, we do not supply installation instructions. To replace the faces, the housing and needles must be removed; these procedures should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. Please note that we are a pure printing and manufacturing company and focus exclusively on the production of the gauge faces. Removal, installation, modification, or technical conversion of the instrument cluster is not possible with us. We assume no liability for installation errors, damage, or malfunctions.

🔐📘 Copyright & Trademark Notes

All manufacturer logos and brand lettering are protected by copyright. They are not printed or used by us. All designs, descriptions, and product images created by Heiler-Tachodesign are protected by our own copyright. They may not be used without written permission. Violations will be legally enforced.

📝🎨 Custom Orders & Returns

Our products are not kept in stock. Each gauge face is manufactured individually according to the selected options. Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales, or colours) are carried out at the customer’s own risk. We assume that the instrument cluster is technically suitable for the selected version. We accept no liability for insufficient or missing functionality. For coloured lighting we recommend original tones or neutral white illumination for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer disc is not shown, we need the templates.
We need all original discs (speedometer temp tank, etc.) as a template.
!!!!!!! Danger !!!!!! Only the discs do not send the whole speedometer !!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is MPH speedometer, we will rescale them to Kmh and you will get the new discs in Kmh.
The easiest way is to send us the slices by mail.
See address below in the imprint
Or you can scan the original discs and send them to us by e-mail.
Scan your disk / s, using Adobe Photoshop or the free program i_view32
When removing the discs, see if the speedometer,
has extra strips with symbols or heating discs that should be scanned with the same,
Should your speedometer disc be too big for your scanner,
then scan the disc once from the left and once from the right.
We build the disk on the computer, together again.
Please scan everything at 300 DPI and then save as JEPG (Save as PSD with Photoshop).
In the settings do not change anything (i_view32). That's necessary so we get the original size.
For other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
