Attention! There are many different scalings, The Original Tachoscheibe shown is only for orientation during the ordering process . It is not part of the offer, as it is an original from the respective manufacturer. Only the example pictures of „Heiler-Tachodesign“ are produced and can be ordered. We don’t print brand logos or lettering on the speedometer.

Manufacturing details: The 0.6 mm thick discs we manufacture are made of polycarbonate. The original speedometers are made of it too. It’s very stable to heat and ultraviolet radiation. The material is printed very elaborate in several layers. Trough this process our discs are opaque. Only the numbers and the scale are illuminated. The symbol’s only get visible when the light behind them light up (black discs). Just like you know it from the originals. The discs are already punched-out and can be installed immediately. You only have to swap it with the originals. The discs are not glued on. To replace the disc open the speedometer and remove the pointer/s. We recommend a workshop for the conversion. We assume no liability from damages which can result from the replace.

We only can guarantee precision of fit when your scaling is the same as on our shown pictures. Please check your original disc with the pictures. If you’re not sure, send us a picture of your speedometer per mail and we will check it for you. Also we need some more information about your speedometer like model, year of manufacture and the Diameter.

We only get the discs from our customers and not the entire speedometer. We will not receive any installation instructions from us.

General Information Brand logos and brand lettering of the respective manufacturer are subject to copyright. We won’t include them in the discs and they aren’t part of the offer. We don’t use material that is protected by copyright. All designs, pictures, specifications, instructions etc. from the company Heiler-Tachodesign subject to copyright. Without our permission you’re not allowed to use them. Any infringement of copyright will be reported without warning.

Special design and return information Every order is customised taking into account your chosen options (for example: colour wishes). It’s no warehouse stock. Please pay heat to goods that are manufactured by customer fulfilments are nonreturnable. You bear the risk for nonstandard numbers/scales and colours. We will not liable for defects or non function. In the case of coloured illumination, we always recommend coloured lighting corresponding to the original or neutral white lighting.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
