It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and does not originate from Heiler-Tachodesign. The example images showing our gauge faces display exclusively products manufactured by us. Brand logos are never printed.

🧩 Variant: Original Shape

📦 We have acquired a stock of original gauge dials.
🛠️ These are fully sanded, then repainted and prepared as neutral blanks.
Afterwards, we print the desired scale and corresponding numbers directly onto these blanks.
⚠️ Available only while supplies last.

🛠️ Variant: 1.5 mm Polycarbonate

The 1.5 mm flat (non-curved) polycarbonate dial is also produced using high-quality UV-resistant direct printing (no film). The surface matches the character of the original dial and features a satin-matte structure. The material is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant. The dial is delivered fully punched and can be installed immediately. The original dial is replaced by our polycarbonate version.

🪙🛠️ Variant: Aluminium

Flat dial, precision laser-cut and hand-painted. UV-resistant multi-layer direct print – no film. Shape-stable, heat-resistant and fully punched. Ready for immediate installation and replaces the original dial.

🎨 RAL Colours & Coating

Coating with UV-resistant colours using precise direct application. All RAL colour tones are reproduced accurately. A RAL colour fan is available under item 10287.

📏 Numbers & Scaling

Numbers and scales are applied precisely and smudge-resistant using high-resolution UV direct printing.

📦📝 Variant: Customer Sends Original Dial(s)

The customer sends only the removed original dials – never the complete instrument. Dials must be pre-sanded/stripped and painted by the customer. Heiler-Tachodesign prints only scales and numbers.
Please prepare clear and detailed photos beforehand.

Shipping must be insured and handed over personally.
Include:
– Order / order number
– Model, model designation, year
‼️ Severely rusted parts will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

🧩🔧 Installation Notes

As we only receive removed gauge faces and not the complete instrument, we provide no installation instructions. Housing and needles must be removed for replacement; these steps should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. We are a printing and manufacturing company only and focus exclusively on producing the dials. We assume no liability for installation errors, damage or malfunction.

Modified variants (changes to numbers, scales or colours) are at the customer’s own risk. We assume that the instrument is technically prepared accordingly. We accept no liability for insufficient or missing functionality. For coloured lighting, we recommend original colour tones or neutral white light for optimal readability.
