⚠️ Display notice

Due to the wide variety of different scales, the original dial shown is provided solely for orientation during the ordering process and is not part of the offer. It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and does not originate from Heiler-Tachodesign. The example images with our dials show exclusively items manufactured by us. Manufacturer logos are generally not printed.

The surface matches the character of the original dial and features a satin-matte texture. Dimensionally stable and heat-resistant. Fully punched and ready for immediate installation. 📦📝 Option: Customer sends original dial(s)

The discs must be sanded/stripped and painted by the customer beforehand. Heiler-Tachodesign prints only scales and numbers.
Please prepare meaningful photos in advance.

Shipping exclusively insured and by personal handover.
To be enclosed: order / order number, model, model designation, year of manufacture.
‼️ Severely corroded parts will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

🧩🔧 Installation notes

No installation instructions are provided, as we receive only removed dial discs. Needles and housings must be removed → professional workshop recommended. No conversion or repair service. No liability for installation errors.

📝🎨 Custom production & returns

Our products are not stock items. Each disc is manufactured individually – therefore no returns. Modified versions are produced at the customer’s own risk. We assume that the instrument has been technically prepared correctly. For coloured illumination, we recommend original colour tones or neutral white.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
