As there are numerous different scale versions, the displayed original gauge face is provided solely for visual orientation during the ordering process and is not part of the offer. It shows the original design of the respective vehicle manufacturer and is not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign. The example images featuring our gauge faces are the only products manufactured by us. Manufacturer logos are not printed under any circumstances.

🛠️✨ Production Details

Our approximately 0.6 mm flat gauge faces are made — similar to many original parts — from UV- and heat-resistant polycarbonate. The multi-layer direct printing process ensures precise and durable scales. The faces are not fully opaque, just like the original; only numbers and scales illuminate, while icons become visible only when the cluster lighting is active. The gauge faces are ready for installation and replace the original parts without any adhesive.

🧩🔧 Installation Notes

Since we only receive the removed gauge faces and not the complete instrument cluster, we do not supply installation instructions. Housing and needles must be removed for replacement; these procedures should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. Please note that we are a printing and manufacturing company only and focus exclusively on the production and printing of gauge faces. We do not offer removal, installation, calibration or technical conversion services for instrument clusters. We assume no liability for installation errors, damage or malfunction.

All manufacturer logos and brand lettering are protected by copyright. They are not printed or used by us. All designs, descriptions and product images created by Heiler-Tachodesign are protected by our own copyright. They may not be used without prior written permission. Legal violations will be pursued.

📝🎨 Custom Orders & Returns

Our products are not kept in stock. Each gauge face is produced individually according to the selected options. Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales or colours) are carried out at the customer’s own risk. We assume that the vehicle’s instrument cluster is technically suitable for the selected version. We accept no liability for insufficient or missing functionality. For coloured backlighting we recommend original tones or neutral white illumination for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
