They show the original design of the respective manufacturer and do not originate from Heiler-Tachodesign.
The example images showing our gauge faces display exclusively products manufactured by us.
Brand logos are generally not printed.

🛠️✨ Production details

Our approx. 0.7 mm flat gauge faces are – similar to many original parts – made from UV- and heat-resistant polycarbonate.
The multi-layer direct print enables precise and long-lasting scales.
The gauge faces are – like the originals – not light-opaque; only numbers and scales are backlit, while symbols become visible only when the illumination is active.
The gauge faces are ready for installation and replace the original dials without adhesive.

🧩🔧 Installation notes

As we only receive removed gauge faces and not the complete instrument, we provide no installation instructions.
For replacement, the housing and needles must be removed; this work should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop.
Please note that we are a print and manufacturing company and focus exclusively on the printing and production of gauge faces.
Disassembly, modification, or technical conversion of the instrument is not possible with us.
We accept no liability for installation errors, damage, or malfunctions.

They are not printed or used by us.
All designs, descriptions, and images by Heiler-Tachodesign are subject to our own copyright.

📝🎨 Custom production & returns

Our products are not stock items.
Each gauge face is manufactured individually according to the selected options.
Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales, or colours) are produced at the customer’s own risk.
We assume that the instrument has been technically prepared correctly.
We accept no liability for insufficient or missing functionality.
For coloured illumination, we recommend original colour tones or neutral white lighting for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
