Attention! As there are numerous different scale variations, please note that the displayed original speedometer dial is solely for reference during the ordering process and is not included in our offering. It represents the original design from the respective manufacturer, not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign. Only the displayed sample photos, which are speedometer dials made by Heiler-Tachodesign, are available for purchase in our shop. We do not print brand logos on our dials.

Production Details: Our approximately 0.6mm flat dials are manufactured, just like the originals, from heat- and UV-resistant polycarbonate. The material undergoes an elaborate multi-layer direct printing process. Our dials are completely opaque; only the numbers and scale are illuminated. The symbols become visible on the black dials when illuminated, much like the originals. Our dials are pre-cut and ready for installation. However, replacement requires opening the speedometer and removing the pointers, so we recommend professional installation at a specialist workshop. We assume no liability for possible damage.

Since we only receive the removed speedometer dial(s) and not the complete speedometer from our customers, you will not receive any installation instructions from us! When replacing the dial, the instrument must be opened and the pointer removed. We recommend that you have the conversion carried out by a specialist workshop. We accept no liability for any damage.

We do not print or use any copyrighted brands and logos. Custom-made items / returns: These are not stock items - each order is made especially for you, taking into account your chosen options! Please note that goods made to customer specifications cannot be exchanged. If you change the standard numbers/scales and/or color(s) when purchasing an item, this is at your own risk. We assume that the customer prepares the instrument in such a way that the disc assembled here then works. E.g. stronger lighting, etc. We are not liable for poor or no function. For colored fluoroscopy, we always recommend colored lighting that matches the original or neutral white lighting.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
