Because there are numerous different scale variations, the displayed original gauge dial is intended solely for orientation during the ordering process and is not part of the offer. It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and does not originate from Heiler-Tachodesign. The sample images showing our gauge dials are the only items manufactured by us. Brand logos are generally not printed.

🔧 Variant: 0.8 mm Aluminium (if offered) The 0.8 mm thick, flat (non-curved) aluminium gauge dial is manufactured using a sophisticated direct-printing process with UV-resistant inks (no foil coating). The material is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant. The gauge dial is supplied fully punched and is immediately ready for installation. It replaces the original gauge dial 1:1.

🛠️ Variant: 1.5 mm Polycarbonate The 1.5 mm thick, flat (non-curved) polycarbonate gauge dial is likewise produced using high-quality UV-resistant direct printing (no foil). The surface corresponds to the character of the original gauge dial and features a satin-matte finish. The material is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant. The gauge dial is delivered fully punched and can be installed immediately. The original gauge dial is replaced by our polycarbonate version.

🎨 Coating & Colour System (RAL) The gauge dial(s) is/are coated directly using a precise painting process with UV-resistant inks. The selected RAL colour tones are applied with exact accuracy. RAL colours are globally standardised industrial colour tones. A suitable RAL colour fan is available under item number 10287.

📏 Numbers & Scaling All numbers and scale markings are applied precisely and smudge-resistant using UV-resistant direct printing.

🧩🔧 Installation Notes

Since we only receive removed gauge dials and not the complete instrument, we do not provide installation instructions. To replace the dial, the housing and needles must be removed; this work should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. Please note that we are a pure printing and manufacturing company and focus exclusively on the printing and production of the gauge dials. We do not offer removal, modification or technical conversion of the instrument cluster. We assume no liability for installation errors, damage or functional issues.

All manufacturer logos and brand lettering are protected by copyright. They are not printed or used by us. All designs, descriptions and images created by Heiler-Tachodesign are protected by our own copyright. They may not be used without written permission. Violations will be prosecuted.

📝🎨 Custom Designs & Returns

Our products are not stock items. Each gauge dial is individually manufactured according to the selected options. Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales or colours) are carried out at the customer’s own risk. We assume that the instrument is technically prepared for installation. We accept no liability for insufficient or non-functional operation. For coloured lighting, we recommend original colour tones or a neutral white light for optimal legibility.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
