It displays the manufacturer’s original design and is not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign.
Only the example photos showing gauge faces made by Heiler-Tachodesign are available in our shop.
Brand logos will not be printed under any circumstances.

🛠️✨ Production Details

Our approx. 0.6 mm flat gauge faces are produced – similar to many OEM parts – from UV- and heat-resistant polycarbonate.
The multi-layer direct printing process ensures precise and durable scale graphics.
The gauge faces are – just like the originals – opaque; only numbers and scale markings are illuminated, while symbols become visible once backlit.
All gauge faces are ready to install and replace the original parts without adhesive.

🔄📏 MPH → km/h Conversion

This gauge face for US/UK models has been converted from an original MPH dial to kilometres per hour (km/h).
The conversion ensures an accurate and precise speed indication in km/h.
This gauge face is intended exclusively for converting MPH to km/h and is not suitable for vehicles originally equipped with a km/h dial.
Original km/h scale versions can be found in the “Kmh” category.
Please compare the scale of your existing MPH gauge face with the original dial shown above.
A perfect fit can only be ensured if both versions match exactly.
If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your instrument cluster before purchasing, including model, designation, year of manufacture and gauge diameter.

🧩🔧 Installation Notes

As we only receive removed gauge faces and not the complete instrument cluster, we do not provide installation instructions.
Replacing the dial requires opening the instrument housing and removing the needles; these tasks should be carried out by a qualified workshop.
Please note that we are a pure printing and manufacturing company and focus exclusively on producing gauge faces.
We do not perform disassembly, modification or technical conversion work on instrument clusters.
We accept no liability for installation errors, damage or functional issues.

📝🎨 Custom Orders & Returns

Our products are not stock items; each gauge face is manufactured individually according to the selected options.
Customised versions (changes to numbers, scales or colours) are carried out at the customer’s own risk.
We assume that the instrument cluster is prepared correctly for the conversion.
We accept no liability for insufficient or missing functionality.
For coloured illumination we recommend using either the original colour tones or a neutral white backlight for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
