please note that the displayed original speedometer dial is solely for reference during the ordering process and is not included in our offering.
It represents the original design from the respective manufacturer, not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign.
Only the displayed sample photos, which are speedometer dials made by Heiler-Tachodesign,
are available for purchase in our shop. We do not print brand logos on our dials.

Production details:
These are 2 high-quality, lasered 4mm thick acrylic discs with all scales and numbers printed on the disc.
Absolutely colourfast, the surface is high gloss just like the original. The windows are exchanged for the original windows.
However, replacement requires opening the instrument, so we recommend professional installation in a specialist workshop.
We assume no liability for possible damage.

Fahrenheit → degrees Celsius:
This speedometer disc (for US/UK models) has been converted and rescaled from an original Fahrenheit disc,
to display the unit in degrees Celsius.
This conversion ensures accurate display. To guarantee a perfect fit,
please check the scaling of your original discs with those pictured above for reference.
This is the only way we can ensure accuracy. If you are unsure, please email us a detailed photo of your instrument,
together with your model, model name, year of manufacture.
Installation instructions are not included as we often only receive the discs and not the entire speedometer from our customers.

General Notes:
Brand logos and brand lettering are copyrighted and are not incorporated into our dials. We do not print or use copyrighted logos.
Additionally, all designs, images, descriptions, and instructions produced by Heiler-Tachodesign are copyrighted and should not be used without our express permission.
Copyright violations will be reported without prior notice.

Please note that our products are not pre-made; each order is custom-crafted, considering your chosen options such as color preferences. Custom-made items are non-returnable,
especially when alterations are made to standard numbers, scales, or colors at your own risk. We are not liable for any adverse effects on functionality.
We recommend using color illumination that matches the original or a neutral white light for colored backlighting.”

If your original speedometer disc is not shown, we need the templates.
We need all original discs (speedometer temp tank, etc.) as a template.
!!!!!!! Danger !!!!!! Only the discs do not send the whole speedometer !!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is MPH speedometer, we will rescale them to Kmh and you will get the new discs in Kmh.
The easiest way is to send us the slices by mail.

Or you can scan the original discs and send them to us by e-mail.
Scan your disk / s, using Adobe Photoshop or the free program i_view32
When removing the discs, see if the speedometer,
has extra strips with symbols or heating discs that should be scanned with the same,
Should your speedometer disc be too big for your scanner,
then scan the disc once from the left and once from the right.
We build the disk on the computer, together again.
Please scan everything at 300 DPI and then save as JEPG (Save as PSD with Photoshop).
In the settings do not change anything (i_view32). That's necessary so we get the original size.
For other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
