As there are numerous different scale variations, please note that the displayed original speedometer dial is solely for reference during the ordering process and is not included in our offering.
It represents the original design from the respective manufacturer, not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign.
Only the displayed sample photos, which are speedometer dials made by Heiler-Tachodesign, are available for purchase in our shop. We do not print brand logos on our dials.

Production Details:
Our approximately 0.6mm flat dials are manufactured, just like the originals, from heat- and UV-resistant polycarbonate.
The material undergoes an elaborate multi-layer direct printing process. Our dials are completely opaque; only the numbers and scale are illuminated.
The symbols become visible on the black dials when illuminated, much like the originals. Our dials are pre-cut and ready for installation.
However, replacement requires opening the speedometer and removing the pointers, so we recommend professional installation at a specialist workshop.
We assume no liability for possible damage.

MPH → Km/h:
This speedometer dial (for US/UK models) has been converted and rescaled from an original MPH dial to display speed in Km/h. This conversion ensures precise Km/h readings.
To guarantee a perfect fit, please verify the scaling of your original MPH dials with the ones depicted above, which serve as our reference. Only then can we ensure accuracy.
If you are uncertain, kindly send us a well-detailed photo of your speedometer via email, along with your model, model name, year, and diameter of the speedometer.
Installation instructions are not included as we often receive only the dials and not the entire speedometer from our customers.

General Notes:
Brand logos and brand lettering are copyrighted and are not incorporated into our dials. We do not print or use copyrighted logos.
Additionally, all designs, images, descriptions, and instructions produced by Heiler-Tachodesign are copyrighted and should not be used without our express permission.
Copyright violations will be reported without prior notice.

Please note that our products are not pre-made; each order is custom-crafted, considering your chosen options such as color preferences. Custom-made items are non-returnable, especially when alterations are made to standard numbers, scales, or colors at your own risk. We are not liable for any adverse effects on functionality. We recommend using color illumination that matches the original or a neutral white light for colored backlighting.”

If your original speedometer disc is not shown, we need the templates.
We need all original discs (speedometer temp tank, etc.) as a template.
!!!!!!! Danger !!!!!! Only the discs do not send the whole speedometer !!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is MPH speedometer, we will rescale them to Kmh and you will get the new discs in Kmh.
The easiest way is to send us the slices by mail.

Scan your disk / s, using Adobe Photoshop or the free program i_view32
When removing the discs, see if the speedometer,
has extra strips with symbols or heating discs that should be scanned with the same,
Should your speedometer disc be too big for your scanner,
then scan the disc once from the left and once from the right.
We build the disk on the computer, together again.
Please scan everything at 300 DPI and then save as JEPG (Save as PSD with Photoshop).
In the settings do not change anything (i_view32). That's necessary so we get the original size.
For other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
