Since there are numerous different scale versions, the displayed original glass dial is intended solely as a reference during the ordering process and is not part of the offer. It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and is not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign. The example images featuring our produced gauge faces are the only items manufactured by us. Brand logos are not printed under any circumstances.

🛠️✨ Production Details

We work exclusively based on removed original glass dials, ensuring precise dimensional accuracy. You will receive an acrylic glass dial or – if offered – a hand-cut real glass dial. During manual processing of real glass, minor chipping or slightly irregular edges may occur. However, these do not affect the fit or functionality of the dial. The reverse-side printing is carried out using UV-resistant inks; numerals, markings and scales are permanently UV- and weather-resistant. Each dial is delivered fully cut to size and is ready for immediate installation. Before ordering, please carefully compare the scale of your existing dial(s) with the illustration shown above.

🧩🔧 Installation Notes

Since we only receive removed original glass dials and not the complete instrument, we provide no installation instructions. For replacement, the housing and pointers may need to be removed; these procedures should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. Please note that we are a pure printing and production company and focus solely on the printing and manufacturing of the dials. Any disassembly, modification or technical conversion of the instrument cluster cannot be performed by us. We assume no liability for installation errors, damage or functional issues.

All manufacturer logos and brand lettering are protected by copyright. They are not printed or used by us. All designs, descriptions and images created by Heiler-Tachodesign are protected by our own copyright. They may not be used without written permission. Violations will be pursued legally.

📝🎨 Custom Orders & Returns

Our products are not stock items. Each dial is manufactured individually according to the selected options. Modified versions (changes to numerals, scales or colors) are carried out at the customer’s own risk. We assume that the instrument is technically prepared for installation. We accept no liability for insufficient or missing functionality. For colored illumination, we recommend original color tones or a neutral white light for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer disc is not shown, we need the templates.
We need all original discs (speedometer temp tank, etc.) as a template.
!!!!!!! Danger !!!!!! Only the discs do not send the whole speedometer !!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is MPH speedometer, we will rescale them to Kmh and you will get the new discs in Kmh.
The easiest way is to send us the slices by mail.

Scan your disk / s, using Adobe Photoshop or the free program i_view32
When removing the discs, see if the speedometer,
has extra strips with symbols or heating discs that should be scanned with the same,
Should your speedometer disc be too big for your scanner,
then scan the disc once from the left and once from the right.
We build the disk on the computer, together again.
Please scan everything at 300 DPI and then save as JEPG (Save as PSD with Photoshop).
In the settings do not change anything (i_view32). That's necessary so we get the original size.
For other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
