We do not print logos or logos of Harley-Davidson on the disc/s

This approximately 1 mm flat/n disc/n is / are made of polycarbonate.
This is most effortlessly printed directly in several layers (no foil)
The original disc/s are also made of polycarbonate.
Polycarbonate is very heat and UV resistant.
Our disc/s is / are absolutely opaque, it does not light up the whole disc/s
only the numbers and the scale are checked.
The symbols only become visible when the light behind them lights up.
As with the original disc/n.
The disc/s is / are completely finished punched out and thus ready for installation.
Our disc/s will be replaced with the original disc/s.
When replacing the disc/s, the hands must be removed,
We recommend to have this done in a specialist workshop.

This speedometer dial was rescaled to km/h from an original Mph speedometer dial.
This guarantees a precise display of the speedometer in km/h.
That's why the scale goes up to 190 kmh if 120 mph
and not as with the original km/h speedometer discs up to 220 km/h

Be sure to compare the year of manufacture, the design, colors, scaling

We take these as a template. Only then is fitting accuracy guaranteed.

When a logo is purchased, it must be delivered by the customer in vector format.
No jpg. png. Etc

Since we sometimes get only the disc/s and not the whole speedometer of customers,
you will not receive any installation instructions from us!

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
