Pay attention to the arrangement of the
Scaling, on the Numbers Design, on the Symbols, on the Color etc.
If your Speedometer Disc is a trifle different, such as the Pictured Original Speedometer Disc / s,
then you have a different Model with high probability
and this Disc is not suitable for your Speedometer.
If you are not sure, send us a Photo of your Speedometer + Model, Model Name, Year of Manufacture.

Variant: 0.4 mm insert / Sticker
This is a high-quality 0.4 mm thick polycarbonate pane with a 3M adhesive surface.
The surface corresponds approximately to the original disc (silk matt).
The pane is cut to size and all scales, numbers and symbols are printed with UV-resistant inks.
The insert is simply glued to the original pane.
The insert is absolutely dimensionally stable, no deformation,
no fading due to sunlight Our stickers are 0.4 mm thick and absolutely opaque,
which enables professional gluing.
These stickers were made from original speedometer dials,
this guarantees a very good fit. We recommend the sticker with a mixed liquid - spray bottle with approx. 0.5 l water:
absolutely only 1 drop of detergent - to wet a little.
Danger!! do not spray onto or into the speedometer, only spray onto the sticker! Place the sticker at two points.
Wipe the water out to the sides with a soft cloth. We recommend using a hair dryer on a lukewarm setting.

Variant: 1.5 mm thick Polycarbonate Lens
This 1.5 mm thick flat plastic disc without edge is extremely complex,
printed directly with UV-resistant inks. (no foil) The surface corresponds approximately to the original disc (silk matt).
The disc is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant.
The disc is completely punched out and therefore immediately ready for installation.
Our disc will be exchanged for the original disc. The target is supplied without a pointer stop.

Variant: The customer prepares the blank.
The customer prepares the blank completely himself,
that means he has to grind the blank and paint it in the desired color and send it to us.
We print the numbers, symbols, scales, etc. on the disc. Before sanding down,
please take a few good photos of the disc

Everything that is above the surface to be printed must be bent or bent (not the edge of the pane).
The stop for the speedometer pointer must also be removed.
The printer must be able to move freely over the surface.

Variant: Aluminum.
This approx. 0.6 mm thick aluminum disc (with edge) is manufactured in a very complex way.
It is cut with laser, painted and printed directly in several layers (no foil),
then the disc is pressed into shape like the original with an edge.
The disc is supplied with a pointer stop.

When replacing the Disc, the Speedometer must be opened and the Pointer removed.
We recommend to have this done in a Specialist Workshop.
We are not liable for damages incurred!

Since we only get the Speedometer and not the complete Speedo from our Customers,
you will not receive Installation Instructions from us!

We are not responsible for bad or no function. We always recommend with colored fluoroscopy,
the conversion to original colored lighting or a neutral white lighting.
Original speedometer dials are used and cannot be exchanged.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
