It is not part of the offer, as it is an original from the respective manufacturer. Only the example pictures of „Heiler-Tachodesign“ are produced and can be ordered.
We don’t print brand logos or lettering on the speedometer.

Sticker
It is a high-quality sticker in which all scales and numbers are printed on the film.
Absolutely colourfast, no smudging. The sticker is simply stuck onto the speedometer glass from the outside without opening the speedometer (self-adhesive)
The small internal scale allows you to read the speed easily.
Our stickers are very thick, which allows for professional application.
These stickers are made according to the original speedometer disc / s, which guarantees a very good fit.
We recommend:
Fill the spray bottle with approx. 0.5l of water, be sure to only add 1 drop of washing-up liquid.
Slightly wet the back of the sticker with the mixed liquid. Caution! Do not spray on or into the speedometer, otherwise the speedometer may be damaged.
Place the sticker at two points, then use a soft cloth to wipe out the water on the sides. Finally, we recommend using a hair dryer on a lukewarm setting to dry it.

MPH → Km/h
This speedometer Sticker (US/UK-model) is converted and new scaled from a original MPH-speedometer to measuring unit km/h.
The conversion and rescaling guarantees an exact display in km/h. We only can guarantee precision of fit when your scaling is the same as on our shown pictures.
Please check your original MPH-disc with the pictures. If you’re not sure, send us a picture of your speedometer per mail and we will check it for you.
Also we need some more information about your speedometer like model, year of manufacture and the Diameter.

Since we only receive the removed speedometer dial(s) and not the complete speedometer from our customers, you will not receive any installation instructions from us!
When replacing the dial, the instrument must be opened and the pointer removed.
We recommend that you have the conversion carried out by a specialist workshop. We accept no liability for any damage.

We assume that the customer prepares the instrument in such a way that the disc assembled here then works. E.g. stronger lighting, etc.
We are not liable for poor or no function. For colored fluoroscopy, we always recommend colored lighting that matches the original or neutral white lighting.

If your original speedometer disc is not shown, we need the templates.
We need all original discs (speedometer temp tank, etc.) as a template.
!!!!!!! Danger !!!!!! Only the discs do not send the whole speedometer !!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is MPH speedometer, we will rescale them to Kmh and you will get the new discs in Kmh.

Scan your disk / s, using Adobe Photoshop or the free program i_view32
When removing the discs, see if the speedometer,
has extra strips with symbols or heating discs that should be scanned with the same,
Should your speedometer disc be too big for your scanner,
then scan the disc once from the left and once from the right.
We build the disk on the computer, together again.
Please scan everything at 300 DPI and then save as JEPG (Save as PSD with Photoshop).
In the settings do not change anything (i_view32). That's necessary so we get the original size.
For other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
