As there are numerous different scale variations,
please note that the displayed original speedometer dial is solely for reference during the ordering process and is not included in our offering.
It represents the original design from the respective manufacturer, not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign.
Only the displayed sample photos, which are speedometer dials made by Heiler-Tachodesign,
are available for purchase in our shop. We do not print brand logos on our dials.

Production Details:
Our approximately 0.6mm flat dials are manufactured, just like the originals, from heat- and UV-resistant polycarbonate.
The material undergoes an elaborate multi-layer direct printing process. Our dials are completely opaque; only the numbers and scale are illuminated.
The symbols become visible on the black dials when illuminated, much like the originals. Our dials are pre-cut and ready for installation.
However, replacement requires opening the speedometer and removing the pointers, so we recommend professional installation at a specialist workshop.
We assume no liability for possible damage.

MPH → Km/h
This speedometer disc (for US/UK model) was converted and rescaled from an original speedometer disc to the unit of measurement Km/h.
The conversion and rescale guarantees an exact display of the speedometer in Km/h. Please make sure to check the scale of your original MPH disc(s) with the disc(s) shown above.
We use these as a template. Only then can a perfect fit be guaranteed. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your speedometer by email before purchasing
(on which everything can be clearly seen) and the data such as model, model name, year of manufacture and diameter of the speedometer.

Since we only receive the removed speedometer dial(s) and not the complete speedometer from our customers, you will not receive any installation instructions from us!
When replacing the dial, the instrument must be opened and the pointer removed.
We recommend that you have the conversion carried out by a specialist workshop. We accept no liability for any damage.

Brand logos and brand lettering of the respective company are subject to copyright, i.e. we do not incorporate them into the screen(s) and they are not part of our offer.
We do not print or use any copyrighted brands and logos.
All designs, images, descriptions, instructions, etc. of Heiler-Tachodesign are also subject to copyright and may not be used without our personal permission.
Any violation of copyright will be reported immediately without prior warning.
We do not print any copyrighted brand logos, e.g. AMG, BRABUS, ///M, Porsche, Harley-Davidson, etc. If you are not sure, please ask first.

Custom-made items / returns:
These are not stock items - each order is made especially for you, taking into account your chosen options!
Please note that goods made to customer specifications cannot be exchanged. If you change the standard numbers/scales and/or color(s) when purchasing an item, this is at your own risk.
We assume that the customer prepares the instrument in such a way that the disc assembled here then works. E.g. stronger lighting, etc.
We are not liable for poor or no function. For colored fluoroscopy, we always recommend colored lighting that matches the original or neutral white lighting.

If your original speedometer disc is not shown, we need the templates.
We need all original discs (speedometer temp tank, etc.) as a template.
!!!!!!! Danger !!!!!! Only the discs do not send the whole speedometer !!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is MPH speedometer, we will rescale them to Kmh and you will get the new discs in Kmh.

Scan your disk / s, using Adobe Photoshop or the free program i_view32
When removing the discs, see if the speedometer,
has extra strips with symbols or heating discs that should be scanned with the same,
Should your speedometer disc be too big for your scanner,
then scan the disc once from the left and once from the right.
We build the disk on the computer, together again.
Please scan everything at 300 DPI and then save as JEPG (Save as PSD with Photoshop).
In the settings do not change anything (i_view32). That's necessary so we get the original size.
For other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
