As there are numerous different scale variations, please note that the displayed original speedometer dial is solely for reference during the ordering process and is not included in our offering.
It represents the original design from the respective manufacturer, not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign.
Only the displayed sample photos, which are speedometer dials made by Heiler-Tachodesign, are available for purchase in our shop. We do not print brand logos on our dials.

Production Details:
Our approximately 0.6 mm flat discs are made from heat and UV-resistant polycarbonate, just like the originals. The material goes through a complex multi-layer direct printing process.
Our discs are completely opaque; only the numbers and scale are illuminated. The disc is self-adhesive and is glued into the original speedometer disc (after pre-treatment, see photos).
However, replacing it requires opening the speedometer and removing the pointers, so we recommend professional installation in a specialist workshop. We accept no liability for any Damage.

MPH → Km/h
This speedometer disc (for US/UK model) was converted and rescaled from an original speedometer disc to the unit of measurement Km/h.
The conversion and rescale guarantees an exact display of the speedometer in Km/h. Please make sure to check the scale of your original MPH disc(s) with the disc(s) shown above.
We use these as a template. Only then can a perfect fit be guaranteed. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your speedometer by email before purchasing
(on which everything can be clearly seen) and the data such as model, model name, year of manufacture and diameter of the speedometer.

Since we only receive the removed speedometer dial(s) and not the complete speedometer from our customers, you will not receive any installation instructions from us!
When replacing the dial, the instrument must be opened and the pointer removed.
We recommend that you have the conversion carried out by a specialist workshop. We accept no liability for any damage.

We do not print or use any copyrighted brands and logos.
All designs, images, descriptions, instructions, etc. of Heiler-Tachodesign are also subject to copyright and may not be used without our personal permission.
Any violation of copyright will be reported immediately without prior warning.
We do not print any copyrighted brand logos, e.g. AMG, BRABUS, ///M, Porsche, Harley-Davidson, etc. If you are not sure, please ask first.

Custom-made items / returns:
These are not stock items - each order is made especially for you, taking into account your chosen options!
Please note that goods made to customer specifications cannot be exchanged. If you change the standard numbers/scales and/or color(s) when purchasing an item, this is at your own risk.
We assume that the customer prepares the instrument in such a way that the disc assembled here then works. E.g. stronger lighting, etc.
We are not liable for poor or no function. For colored fluoroscopy, we always recommend colored lighting that matches the original or neutral white lighting.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
