There are many different scalings, The Original Tachoscheibe shown is only for orientation during the ordering process .
It is not part of the offer, as it is an original from the respective manufacturer. Only the example pictures of „Heiler-Tachodesign“ are produced and can be ordered.
We don’t print brand logos or lettering on the speedometer.

Description:
This 1.5 mm thick flat (not curved) plastic or 0.6 mm aluminum disc is printed directly with UV-resistant colors (no foil) in a highly complex process.
The plexiglass is printed directly from behind with UV-resistant colors (no film).
The surface corresponds approximately to the original speedometer disc (silk matt). The disc is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant.
It is completely punched out and therefore ready for installation. Your original screen will be exchanged for our screen.
To do this, the speedometer must be opened and the pointer(s) removed when the disc is replaced.
We recommend that you have the conversion carried out by a specialist workshop. We assume no liability for any Damage.

Variant “customer sends us the original pane”:
The customer sends us the original pane by post to our address (see imprint).
Do not send us the complete instrument(s), just the disc(s) to be printed.
We sand down the blank and paint it black. Then we print the numbers, symbols, scales etc. on the disk.
Please take some good photos of your original disc before sending.

Please always send the package insured and by direct handover, please use a packaging size that does not fit through a letter slot,
so the postman has to hand over the package to us personally.
Please include the following information in the package:
- Printed order or order number
- Information about the car: model, model name, year of manufacture

- We do not process heavily rusted parts, we will send them back at your expense. If you are not sure, just ask.

MPH → Km/h
This speedometer (US/UK-model) is converted and new scaled from a original speedometer to measuring unit km/h.
The conversion and rescaling guarantees an exact display in km/h. We only can guarantee precision of fit when your scaling is the same as on our shown pictures.
Please check your original MPH-disc with the pictures. If you’re not sure, send us a picture of your speedometer per mail and we will check it for you.
Also we need some more information about your speedometer like model, year of manufacture and the Diameter.

Since we only get the removed speedometer disk / s and not the complete speedo from our customers, you will not receive any installation instructions from us!

General Information
Brand logos and brand lettering of the respective manufacturer are subject to copyright. We won’t include them in the discs and they aren’t part of the offer.
We don’t use material that is protected by copyright. All designs, pictures, specifications, instructions etc. from the company Heiler-Tachodesign subject to copyright.
Without our permission you’re not allowed to use them. Any infringement of copyright will be reported without warning.

Special design and return information
Every order is customised taking into account your chosen options (for example: colour wishes). It’s no warehouse stock.
Please pay heat to goods that are manufactured by customer fulfilments are nonreturnable.
You bear the risk for nonstandard numbers/scales and colours. We will not liable for defects or non function.
In the case of coloured illumination, we always recommend coloured lighting corresponding to the original or neutral white lighting.
