We don’t print brand logos or lettering on the speedometer.

Description:
Variant: insert to stick on
This is a high-quality 0.4 mm thick plastic disc with 3M adhesive surface.
The surface corresponds approximately to the original pane (semi-matt).
The disc is cut to fit precisely and all scales, numbers and symbols are printed with UV-resistant inks.
The insert is simply glued to the original window.
The insert is absolutely dimensionally stable, no deformation, no fading due to sunlight
These stickers were made based on original speedometer discs, which guarantees a very good fit.

Variant: 1.5 mm thick plastic disc
This 1.5 mm thick flat plastic disc without edge is extremely complex,
printed directly with UV-resistant inks. (no foil)
The surface corresponds approximately to the original pane (semi-matt).
The disc is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant.
The pane is completely punched out and is therefore ready for immediate installation.
Our disc will be replaced with the original disc.
The disc is delivered without a pointer stop.
1.5 mm thick flat plastic disc (for replacement with the original.)

Variant: aluminum
This aluminum disc is lasered, molded, hand painted and very elaborately printed directly with UV-resistant inks (no foil).
The disc is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant.
It is completely punched out and therefore ready for immediate installation. Your original disc will be replaced with our Disc.

The pane is very elaborately painted directly with UV-resistant paints; the selected RAL colors are applied to the pane/s by hand.
RAL colors are standardized colors worldwide. You can buy a Ral color fan under item number 10287.
The numbers and scale are printed with UV-resistant inks.

Variant: Customer sends us the original disc/s
The customer sends us the original disc by post to our address (see imprint).
Do not send us the complete instrument, just the disk to be printed.
The customer must sand/strip the window themselves and paint it in the desired color.
We then just print the numbers and scale on the disc.
Please take a few good photos of your original disc before sending.

Please always send the package insured and by direct handover, please use a packaging size that does not fit through a letter slot,
so the postman has to hand over the package to us personally.
Please include the following information in the package:
- Printed order or order number
- Information about the car: model, model name, year of manufacture
!!DANGER!!
- We do not process heavily rusted parts, we will send them back at your expense. If you are not sure, just ask.

Since we only get the removed speedometer disk / s and not the complete speedo from our customers, you will not receive any installation instructions from us!

Brand logos and brand lettering of the respective manufacturer are subject to copyright. We won’t include them in the discs and they aren’t part of the offer.
We don’t use material that is protected by copyright. All designs, pictures, specifications, instructions etc. from the company Heiler-Tachodesign subject to copyright.
Without our permission you’re not allowed to use them. Any infringement of copyright will be reported without warning.

Special design and return information
Every order is customised taking into account your chosen options (for example: colour wishes). It’s no warehouse stock.
Please pay heat to goods that are manufactured by customer fulfilments are nonreturnable.
You bear the risk for nonstandard numbers/scales and colours. We will not liable for defects or non function.
In the case of coloured illumination, we always recommend coloured lighting corresponding to the original or neutral white lighting.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
