🛠️ Product Details

Note: Silver-coloured original dials are delivered in a neutral grey tone — not in classic silver. Our approx. 0.6 mm flat gauge dials are made — like many original parts — from UV- and heat-resistant polycarbonate. The multi-layer direct printing process ensures clearly defined, durable scales. The dials are not translucent; only numbers and scales illuminate. Symbols become visible only when backlighting is active. The dials are delivered ready for installation and replace the original dials without additional adhesives.

📏 MPH → Km/h Conversion

This gauge dial has been professionally converted from an original MPH version to kilometres per hour (Km/h). The adjustment ensures an accurate and precise Km/h display.

The converted version ends at 190 Km/h (original Km/h dials reach 220 Km/h). The conversion ensures an accurate representation of the actual speed in Km/h. This dial is intended exclusively for MPH-to-Km/h conversion and is not suitable for vehicles with a factory Km/h scale. Original Km/h dials can be found in the “Kmh” category. Please compare the scale of your existing MPH dial carefully with the original dial shown above. A precise fit is only possible if both scales match exactly. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of the instrument along with model, type designation, year of manufacture and gauge diameter.

🔧 Installation Notes

Since we only receive removed gauge dials and not the complete instrument, we do not provide installation instructions. For replacement, the housing and needles must be removed; this should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. Please note that we are a pure printing and manufacturing company and focus exclusively on the production of gauge dials. We do not offer disassembly, modification or technical conversion of instrument clusters. We assume no liability for installation errors, damage or malfunctions.

🎨 Custom Designs & Returns

Our products are not stock items. Each dial is individually manufactured according to the selected options. Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales or colours) are made at the customer's own risk. We assume that the instrument is technically prepared for installation. We accept no liability for insufficient or non-functional operation. For coloured backlighting, we recommend original colour tones or a neutral white for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
