Brand logos are not printed under any circumstances.

🧩 Variant: Original Form

The blanks are form-pressed like the original, including the circular embossed groove for an authentic structure. 🛠️ They are then fully sanded, newly painted, and prepared as a neutral blank. The desired scale and corresponding numbers are printed directly onto the finished blank.

🛠️ Variant: 1.5 mm Polycarbonate

The 1.5 mm thick, flat (non-curved) polycarbonate dial is produced using high-quality UV-resistant direct printing (no film). The surface matches the texture and character of an original dial and features a satin-matte finish. The material is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant. The dial is delivered fully punched and can be installed immediately. The original dial is replaced by our polycarbonate version.

Flat gauge dial, precision-laser cut and hand-painted. UV-resistant multi-layer direct print – no film. Shape-stable, heat-resistant and fully punched. Ready for immediate installation and replaces the original dial.

🎨 RAL Colours & Paintwork

Painted using UV-resistant colours in precise direct application. All RAL colour tones are reproduced exactly. A RAL colour fan is available under Article 10287.

📏 Numbers & Scaling

Numbers and scales are applied using high-resolution UV direct printing, ensuring precision and smear resistance.

📦📝 Variant: Customer Sends Original Dial(s)

Customers send only the removed original dials – never the complete instrument. Dials must be sanded or stripped and painted beforehand. Heiler-Tachodesign prints only scales and numbers. Please prepare clear and detailed photos in advance. Shipping must be insured and handed over in person. Include: – Order / Order number – Model, model designation, year ‼️ Severely rusted parts will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

🧩🔧 Installation Notes

Since we only receive removed dials and not the complete instrument, we provide no installation manual. Housing and needles must be removed for replacement; these tasks should be performed by a qualified workshop. We are a printing and manufacturing company only and focus exclusively on producing the dials. We assume no liability for installation errors, damage, or functional issues.

Our products are not stock items. Every dial is manufactured individually according to the selected options. Returns are therefore not possible. Modified variants (changes to numbers, scales, or colours) are made at the customer’s own risk. We assume that the instrument is technically prepared correctly. We do not accept liability for insufficient or missing functionality. For coloured illumination we recommend original tones or a neutral white light for optimal readability.
