📄🛠️ Variant: Insert for Adhesive Mounting

This insert consists of a 0.4 mm plastic plate with a rear 3M adhesive surface. The satin-matte surface matches the original gauge plate. Precisely cut and manufactured using UV-resistant direct printing. Mounted by applying it onto the existing plate. Dimensionally stable, temperature-resistant and colour-stable. Very high accuracy due to production based on original parts.

🛠️ Variant: 1.5 mm Polycarbonate

The 1.5 mm thick, flat (not curved) polycarbonate gauge face is produced using high-quality UV direct printing (no film). The surface matches the character of the original gauge face and has a satin-matte finish. Dimensionally stable and heat-resistant. Fully punched and ready to install. Replaces the original gauge face.

🪙🛠️ Variant: Aluminium

Precisely laser-cut, form-pressed and hand-painted. UV-resistant multi-layer direct printing – no film. Dimensionally stable, heat-resistant and fully punched. Ready to install and replaces the original plate.

🛠️ Restoration Service

Customer sends us the original gauge face(s) – we perform a full restoration.
The gauge plate is carefully sanded, repainted, and all numbers and scales are freshly printed.

🎨 RAL Colours & Coating

Coated with UV-resistant colours using precise direct application. All RAL colour tones are reproduced accurately. A RAL fan deck is available under Item 10287.

📏 Digits & Scale Printing

Numbers and scales are applied precisely and smear-resistant using high-resolution UV direct printing.

📦📝 Variant: Customer Sends Original Gauge Face(s)

Customer sends only the removed original gauge plates – never the complete instrument.
The plates must be sanded/stripped and painted beforehand. Heiler-Tachodesign prints only the numbers and scales.
Please provide detailed photos in advance.

Shipping must be insured and handed over personally.
Please include:
– Order / Order number
– Model, model designation, year of manufacture
‼️ Severely rusted parts will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

🧩🔧 Installation Notes

No installation instructions provided, as we only receive removed plates. Hands and housing must be removed → professional workshop recommended. No modification or repair service. No liability for installation errors.

📝🎨 Custom Work & Returns

Our products are not stock items. Each gauge face is manufactured individually – therefore no returns. Modified variants are at the customer’s own risk. We assume the instrument is technically prepared. For coloured illumination, we recommend original tones or neutral white.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
