Because there are many different scale variations, the displayed original gauge dial is intended exclusively for orientation during the ordering process and is not part of the offer. It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and is not produced by Heiler-Tachodesign. The sample images showing our manufactured gauge dials are the only products from our own production. Please note: We do not print any Harley-Davidson logos or lettering.

🛠️ Product Details

Please select the appropriate gauge dial for your Harley-Davidson model in our shop beforehand. Note the article number located to the left of the product image. Enter this article number into the corresponding field in this product. We will transfer your selected graphic onto the gauge dial associated with the chosen article number.

📏 MPH → Km/h Conversion

This gauge dial has been professionally rescaled from an original MPH version to kilometres per hour (Km/h). The adjustment ensures a correct and precise Km/h display.

The rescaled version ends at 190 Km/h (original Km/h dials reach 220 Km/h). The conversion ensures an accurate representation of the speed in Km/h. This dial is intended exclusively for converting MPH to Km/h and is not suitable for vehicles with a factory Km/h scale. Original Km/h dials can be found in the “Kmh” category. Please compare the scale of your existing MPH dial carefully with the original dial displayed above. A correct fit is only possible if both scales match exactly. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of the instrument along with model, type designation, year of manufacture and gauge diameter.

🔧 Installation Notes

Since we only receive removed gauge dials and not the complete instrument, we do not provide installation instructions. For replacement, the housing and needles must be removed; this should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. Please note that we are a printing and manufacturing company only and focus exclusively on the production of gauge dials. We do not offer disassembly, modification or technical conversion of instrument clusters. We accept no liability for installation errors, damage or malfunctions.

All manufacturer logos and brand lettering are protected by copyright. They are not printed or used by us. All designs, descriptions and images by Heiler-Tachodesign are protected by our own copyright. They may not be used without written permission. Legal infringements will be prosecuted.

🎨 Custom Designs & Returns

Our products are not stock items. Each dial is individually manufactured according to the selected options. Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales or colours) are carried out at the customer’s own risk. We assume that the instrument is technically prepared for installation. We accept no liability for insufficient or non-functional operation. For coloured backlighting, we recommend using original colour tones or a neutral white light for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
