As there are numerous different scale versions, the displayed original glass dial is intended solely for orientation during the ordering process and is not part of the offer. It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and does not originate from Heiler-Tachodesign. The sample images featuring our gauge dials are the only products manufactured by us. Brand logos are not printed under any circumstances.

🛠️✨ Production Details

We work exclusively on the basis of removed original glass dials, ensuring precise fit accuracy. The delivered item is either an acrylic glass dial or – if offered – a hand-cut real glass dial. During the manual processing of real glass, minor chipping or slightly irregular edges may occur. However, these do not affect the fit or functionality of the dial. The rear printing is carried out with UV-resistant inks; numbers, markings and scales are permanently UV- and weather-resistant. Each dial is delivered fully cut to size and is immediately ready for installation. Please compare the scale of your existing dial(s) carefully with the representation shown above before placing your order.

🔄📏 MPH → Km/h Conversion

This glass dial for US/UK models has been professionally rescaled from an original MPH glass dial to kilometres per hour (Km/h). The adjustment ensures a correct and precise display in Km/h. This glass dial is intended exclusively for converting MPH to Km/h and is not suitable for vehicles with an original Km/h speedometer. Original Km/h scale versions can be found in the category “Kmh”. Please compare the scale of your existing MPH glass dial with the original glass dial shown above. Only if both match completely can an accurate implementation be ensured. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your instrument along with the model, type designation, year of manufacture and instrument diameter prior to purchase.

🧩🔧 Installation Instructions

As we only receive removed original glass dials and not the complete instrument, we provide no installation instructions. For replacement, the housing and needles may need to be removed; these tasks should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop. Please note that we are a pure printing and manufacturing company and focus exclusively on the printing and production of the dials. Any disassembly, modification or technical conversion of the speedometer is not possible through us. We assume no liability for installation errors, damage or functional issues.

📝🎨 Custom Orders & Returns

Our products are not stock items. Each dial is custom-made according to the selected options. Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales or colours) are carried out at the customer's own risk. We assume that the instrument is technically prepared accordingly. We accept no liability for insufficient or missing function. For coloured illumination, we recommend original colour tones or neutral white lighting for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer is not shown, we need the original templates.
It’s essential to get all original templates from you. (disc, rev meter, temperature display, fuel indicator etc.)
!!Attention!! Only send the disc/s not the whole speedometer. If it’s a MPH-speedometer, we will rescale them in km/h.
The easiest way is to send us the discs by post. You can find the address in the company Information.

You can also scan the original discs and send them to us by mail. Scan it with photoshop or the free program i_view32.
If the disc is too large for your scanner, then please scan the disc once from the left and once from the right. We reassemble the disc on the computer. Please also scan the back.
Please scan everything with 300 DPI and save it as JEPG. (with photoshop save as PSD)
Don’t change anything in adjustment (i_view32). This is the only way we will get the original size of the speedometer and it’s discs. For all other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
