It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and does not originate from Heiler-Tachodesign. The example images showing our gauge faces are the only items manufactured by us.
Brand logos are generally not printed.

🛠️✨ Production details

This product is a high-quality, self-adhesive sticker, with all scales, numbers, printed directly onto the film.
The print is colour-accurate, wipe-resistant, and permanently durable.
The sticker is applied directly to the existing original gauge face.
Our stickers are fully opaque and material-strong, allowing clean and precise application.
Production is based on the original gauge face(s), ensuring a very high level of accuracy and fit.

📌 Installation recommendation:
Fill a spray bottle with approx. 0.5 litres of water and add only one drop of dishwashing liquid.
Lightly moisten the adhesive side of the sticker with the water-detergent mixture.
Do not spray onto or into the speedometer, as moisture may damage the instrument.
Position the sticker at two points, then use a soft cloth to evenly push the water out towards the edges.
Finally, dry the sticker using a hair dryer on a low, lukewarm setting.

🔄📏 MPH → Km/h conversion

This sticker has been professionally rescaled from an original MPH gauge face to kilometres per hour (Km/h). The adjustment ensures accurate and precise Km/h readings.
This gauge face is intended exclusively for conversion from MPH to Km/h and is not suitable for vehicles originally equipped with a Km/h speedometer. Original Km/h scales can be found in the “Kmh” category.
Please compare the scaling of your existing MPH gauge face with the original gauge face shown above.
A precise fit is only possible if there is complete correspondence.
If you are unsure, please send us a photo of the speedometer along with the model, type designation, year of manufacture, and speedometer diameter before purchasing.

🧩🔧 Installation notes

As we only receive removed gauge faces and not complete instruments, we provide no installation instructions.
For replacement, the housing and needles must be removed; this work should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop.
Please note that we are a print and manufacturing company only and focus exclusively on the printing and production of gauge faces.
Disassembly, modification, or technical conversion of the instrument is not carried out by us. We accept no liability for installation errors, damage, or malfunctions.

🎨 Custom production & returns

Our products are not stock items. Each gauge face is manufactured individually according to the selected options. Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales, or colours) are carried out at the customer’s own risk.
We assume that the instrument has been technically prepared correctly. We accept no liability for insufficient or missing functionality.
For coloured illumination, we recommend original colour tones or neutral white lighting for optimal readability.

If your original speedometer disc is not shown, we need the templates.
We need all original discs (speedometer temp tank, etc.) as a template.
!!!!!!! Danger !!!!!! Only the discs do not send the whole speedometer !!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is MPH speedometer, we will rescale them to Kmh and you will get the new discs in Kmh.
The easiest way is to send us the slices by mail.

Scan your disk / s, using Adobe Photoshop or the free program i_view32
When removing the discs, see if the speedometer,
has extra strips with symbols or heating discs that should be scanned with the same,
Should your speedometer disc be too big for your scanner,
then scan the disc once from the left and once from the right.
We build the disk on the computer, together again.
Please scan everything at 300 DPI and then save as JEPG (Save as PSD with Photoshop).
In the settings do not change anything (i_view32). That's necessary so we get the original size.
For other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
