⚠️ Display notice

As there are numerous different scale variants, the original gauge face shown is provided solely for reference during the ordering process and is not part of the offer.
It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and does not originate from Heiler-Tachodesign. The example images with our gauge faces show exclusively items manufactured by us. Brand logos are generally not printed.

🛠️ Variant: 1.5 mm polycarbonate

The 1.5 mm thick, flat (non-curved) polycarbonate gauge face is produced using high-quality direct printing with UV-resistant inks (no film).
The surface matches the character of the original gauge face and features a satin finish. The material is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant.
The gauge face is supplied fully punched and can be installed immediately. The original gauge face is replaced by our polycarbonate gauge face.

🛠️ Variant: 0.8 mm aluminium

Flat, not concave or 3D-curved, precisely laser-cut and hand-painted.
UV-resistant multi-layer direct printing – no film.
Dimensionally stable, heat-resistant and fully punched. Ready for immediate installation and replaces the original gauge face.
🏭 The aluminium blanks are manufactured by an external partner. As a result, the standard delivery time is extended by 14 working days.

🎨 RAL colours & coating

Coating with UV-resistant paints applied by precise direct printing. All RAL colour shades are reproduced accurately. A RAL colour fan is available under item 10287.

📏 Numbers & scaling

Numbers and scales are applied precisely and wipe-resistant using high-resolution UV direct printing.

🧩🔧 Installation notes

As we only receive removed gauge faces and not the complete instrument, we provide no installation instructions.
For replacement, the housing and needles must be removed. This work should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop.
We are a print and manufacturing company and accept no liability for installation errors, damage or malfunctions.

📝🎨 Custom production & returns

Our products are not stock items. Each gauge face is manufactured individually according to the selected options, therefore returns are excluded.
Modified versions (changes to numbers, scales or colours) are produced at the customer’s own risk.
For optimal readability we recommend original colour tones or neutral white illumination.

If your original speedometer disc is not shown, we need the templates.
We need all original discs (speedometer temp tank, etc.) as a template.
!!!!!!! Danger !!!!!! Only the discs do not send the whole speedometer !!!!!!!!!!!!
If it is MPH speedometer, we will rescale them to Kmh and you will get the new discs in Kmh.
The easiest way is to send us the slices by mail.

Scan your disk / s, using Adobe Photoshop or the free program i_view32
When removing the discs, see if the speedometer,
has extra strips with symbols or heating discs that should be scanned with the same,
Should your speedometer disc be too big for your scanner,
then scan the disc once from the left and once from the right.
We build the disk on the computer, together again.
Please scan everything at 300 DPI and then save as JEPG (Save as PSD with Photoshop).
In the settings do not change anything (i_view32). That's necessary so we get the original size.
For other programs, the size is displayed incorrectly.
