It shows the original design of the respective manufacturer and does not originate from Heiler-Tachodesign. The example images showing our gauge faces display exclusively items manufactured by us. Brand logos are generally not printed.

🛠️ Variant: 1.5 mm polycarbonate

The 1.5 mm thick, flat (non-curved) polycarbonate gauge face is produced using high-quality direct printing with UV-resistant inks (no film).
The surface matches the character of the original gauge face and features a satin finish. The material is dimensionally stable and heat-resistant.
The gauge face is supplied fully punched and can be installed immediately. The original gauge face is replaced by our polycarbonate gauge face.

🛠️ Variant: 0.8 mm aluminium

Flat, not concave or 3D-curved, precisely laser-cut and hand-painted.
UV-resistant multi-layer direct print – no film.
Dimensionally stable, heat-resistant and fully punched. Ready for immediate installation and replaces the original gauge face.
🏭 The aluminium blanks are manufactured by an external partner. As a result, the standard delivery time is extended by 14 working days.

🛠️📝 Restoration service

The customer sends us the original gauge face(s) – we handle the complete restoration.
The entire process is carried out by us: the gauge face is carefully sanded, 🎨 repainted, and then all numbers and scales are newly printed.

🎨 RAL colours & coating

Coating with UV-resistant paints applied by precise direct printing. All RAL colour shades are reproduced accurately. A RAL colour fan is available under item 10287.

📏 Numbers & scaling

Numbers and scales are applied precisely and wipe-resistant using high-resolution UV direct printing.

🛠️📝 Variant: customer sends original gauge face(s)

The customer sends only the removed original gauge faces – never the complete instrument.
The faces must be sanded or stripped and painted by the customer beforehand. Heiler-Tachodesign prints scales and numbers only.
Please provide clear photos in advance.

Shipping must be insured and by personal handover only.
Please include:
– Order / order number
– Model, model designation, year of manufacture
‼️ Heavily corroded parts will not be processed and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

🔄📏 MPH → Km/h conversion

This gauge face for US/UK models has been professionally rescaled from an original MPH scale to kilometres per hour (Km/h).
The adjustment ensures correct and precise Km/h readings.
This gauge face is intended exclusively for conversion from MPH to Km/h and is not suitable for vehicles originally equipped with a Km/h speedometer.

🧩🔧 Installation notes

As we only receive removed gauge faces and not the complete instrument, we provide no installation instructions.
For replacement, the housing and needles must be removed. This work should be carried out by a qualified specialist workshop.
We are a print and manufacturing company and accept no liability for installation errors, damage, or malfunctions.
